In July, McCan't called Iraq the "first major conflict since 9/11." Hello, Afghanistan?

Sullivan's post-Cold War list includes Kuwait, the first Gulf War, Afghanistan, the Iraq War, Darfur, Bosnia, and 9/11. He wonders what the reaction would be if it had been Obama saying something this stupid, and calls McCan't a "drama queen" with "his finger on the trigger." Yikes.
