Post 1,010

I wanted to send out a special post when I hit 1,000 posts, but I got busy and forgot. So, to all of you who have been reading my rantings and ravings (and, of course, my laser-sharp political insight), thank you for journeying with me through 1,010 posts (so far). This is totally a labor of love, unlike other bloggers who have set up PayPal accounts to take donations from their readerships. One day it would be nice to be paid to think, but with people like Sarah Palin making millions for being a fucking dolt, I don't think intellect will command too much of a premium these days.
