Calling Tech Support in India

So, we all know that India's a rapidly expanding economic power. It's highly-trained, skilled workforce of people with computer skills and fewer demands on business's wallet make it a great resource. However, we also all know that lots of American jobs have been farmed out and people here are struggling too. This is not to pass judgment either way. But if you've ever had to call tech support and spoken to someone in India -- as I have for Dell Computer, Microsoft, Yahoo!, and even my former employer's "Help Desk" -- you know that technology, people skills, and ultimate satisfaction with your experience is a mixed bag, at best.
