Sad to hear the news about the death of NBC's Tim Russert, the host of Meet the Press and many political "debates" over the years. He was a major media journalist through and through, but as those types go, he was better than most (Stephanopolous, Schieffer, Williams, Couric) and aspired to be as good as others (Brokaw, Olbermann, Cronkite).
He had a wife and son who were vacationing in Italy when he suddenly died today of a massive heart attack. It's a damn shame.
