Tainted District?

The Democratic Congressman who replaced disgraced representative Mark Foley, Tim Mahoney, agreed to pay a former mistress -- who was also a staff member -- $121,000 after she threatened to sue him, ABCNews.com reports.

The district's next congressman will be Idaho Senator Larry Craig, who will reportedly move to the district to "be with my kind of people." (uh, joke there)
